Paradox Security Systems' mission is to provide our customers with personalized service while manufacturing cutting-edge and innovative security products.

Paradox, its customers and suppliers form a united group and are committed to being part of one team - achieving a single goal.

As a private company, we are not motivated by the achievement of short-term profits, but rather by the unparalleled demonstration of our know-how. This not only allows us to respond to customer recommendations, but also to fulfill their wishes. More than 10% of the company's income is reinvested in research and development. In the years to come, Paradox is committed to updating its products while adapting to technological changes and standard of living.

Since 1989, these goals have resulted in the development of revolutionary products; including an impressive line of motion detectors, followed in 1994 by a line of anti-theft control panels including the 1996 DIGIPLEX series of encrypted bus systems. Then, in 2001, a full suite of wireless security systems went on sale including the award-winning Magellan console. In recent years, the company's resources have increasingly focused on computer monitoring software products thanks to a large computer software department.

Paradox products are distributed in over 100 countries. The R&D team continually strives to challenge the beaten track to create products that stand out, both technologically and aesthetically, that are user-friendly and offer a higher level of safety.

Our customers are important and moreover; the heart of our business! Without them, Paradox would not exist. We are aware of it and do not forget it. Paradox is not only dependent on the quality of its products, but also on establishing and maintaining good customer relationships. The more the company expands, the more we will double our efforts to maintain personalized service. For example, Paradox will never use an automated response service to respond to its customers!

The R&D team has an important mandate and plays an indispensable role in this establishment: to design security products with advanced technology, easy to use and elegant design. The approach to selling at Paradox is unique, as our products are only sold to distributors. This approach serves to ensure the independent role of distributors, as well as undivided attention from the manufacturer. The marketing team is also involved in the sales process and is responsible for the design of brochures, wall signs and any other promotional items that could help our distributors promote their business and products. We are not motivated by successful sales, but rather by supporting our distributors and installers in order to offer them the best service and superior products.
